Washington State Hydrography program (WASHD) has been working with the Esri ArcHydro team to develop tools and processes for connecting data to our new hydrography data (both general Elevation Derived Hydro as well as 3DHP).
We hope to have a new release during the Esri UC but wanted to share with you a guide that helps walk through the tools available in the current ArcHydro download. Part one includes tools for creating a network and creating events on that network that are either points or lines.
Part 2 which should be in the next release include tools for helping to snap your data to the network (before creating the event).
This is always evolving so hope to have improved documentation and more tools soon. I will be presenting at the Esri UC so please swing by if you are interested or want to chat about this in person.
