The 3D National Topography Model DCA is a public process to leverage 3D Elevation Program (3DEP) and 3D Hydrography Program (3DHP) funding to develop partnerships for the collection of lidar and hydrography derived from elevation. The DCA provides an opportunity for ongoing national collaboration so that Federal, State, Tribal, and local governments, the private sector, and citizens have access to and derive benefits from publicly available 3D Elevation and 3D Hydrography data. Applicants can request funding for data acquisition to be managed through the USGS Geospatial Products and Services Contracts (GPSC) or they can request funding to support data acquisition managed through their own contract.
